Massage stick that does relieve muscle tension.
I purchased this message stick after my physical therapist used a similar one on the muscles at my thigh area. It works very well and is easy to use. The rollers let you “feel” the muscle area and 20 or 30 rolls over an achy leg or arm usually does the trick to loosen that tight muscle. My family members are believers too.

I bought this to help with some muscle knots (trigger points) in my legs from standing all day at work. It helped a ton! Pain went away. So I lent it to my dad since he was having pain as well. It turns out that he was having neuropathy starting as well in his feet which had been progressing for about a year and a half. He has been using this roller plus some lunges and calf stretches, and top of the foot stretches for about three months and the neuropathy numbness is almost gone!! And his restless leg syndrome is completely gone!! Hope this helps someone else as well!

I saw this in a store for a much higher price so I passed on it. I was so happy to be able to find it on Amazon at this great price it works the same as a model that cost four times as much. I keep it at my desk where I work all day and use it when I need to work out stiffness in my back or neck or just roll it on my shoulders and arms when I just want to feel good.

However, the ad looks like you're getting 2... but you only get 1 roller. The ad is very confusing, with 2 places to choose a color, and the photo of 2 rollers... and the fact that this one is 1.5 times as expensive as the same roller on another ad. It was easy to assume you'd get 2. But NOPE.
So keep looking... you'll get one for closer to $10 at another place.

It is not too hard to use and for the price it is not bad at all so it has decent value for money but the issue i had with it is the sturdiness and the build quality. it definitely was hard and stiffer than usual but the build quality did not seem good, it wiggles and shakes a lot and seems as if it is not build tough.

I just wrote a whole review but then somehow it got erased. The bottom line is it's great. I work three jobs I'm 52 years old and one of the jobs is very physically demanding. I've been using the roller since I got it for about 2 weeks and my muscles that were cramping and achy or no longer like that. I can't roll it on my middle upper back shoulder area due to a fact that I have a physical limitation with my shoulders. I would love to have seen it with extendable arms so that someone with my issue could use it even in that area.
