Edit: was replaced directly from company. Quickly and kindly. Would suggest. ---------initial: SO glad I opened it prior to giving it to my father for Christmas. Tongs and stones were tossed around the box and one glass is broken completely. The other papers and foam were not correctly placed either. I don't believe it's a shipping issue because if the stones were inserted in the spaces provided they would NOT have moved. Very unhappy
