Great help for post-workout soreness
I've been using this for almost a month and it's definitely one of the best amino supplements I've come across. I generally mix it when I first get to the gym so I can sip on it throughout the workout and then finish it off on the drive home. Also sometimes use it in the morning if I had a really strenuous workout the afternoon before and have some soreness.I read some of the reviews saying they didn't care for the flavor, but I enjoyed it. It's more of a lemon/lime flavor than citrus. Citrus makes me think it would be more orange or grapefruity, but it tastes like lemon water to me.I will note that the directions suggest to mix with 8 oz of water, but that makes it way too strong! I used 12-16 oz for each scoop, or just didn't use a full scoop if I only had 8 oz of water.

I read some of the reviews saying they didn't care for the flavor, but I enjoyed it. It's more of a lemon/lime flavor than citrus. Citrus makes me think it would be more orange or grapefruity, but it tastes like lemon water to me.
I will note that the directions suggest to mix with 8 oz of water, but that makes it way too strong! I used 12-16 oz for each scoop, or just didn't use a full scoop if I only had 8 oz of water.
