Office dogs can positively influence productivity

Dogs are more than just cute companions. Having a dogs around can positively impact on the productivity of office workers. When we are stressed, our nervous systems go into overdrive which can lead to quicker exhaustion. Just a minute or two petting or playing with a dog can lower blood pressure and bring about relaxation and ease. Plus, since the dog will need to be walked, going for a brief stroll can help us physically as well as give us that mental break we need to help us return to our work refreshed and ready for more.
